And I started to work.
I have been playing around with the menu style for some time, thought of adding javascript floating effect and all but i removed because it screwed up my template.
And finally I am satisfied with the current looks. My Brother hasn't seen this baby yet, I hope he likes it :D

Damn It Seems he doesn't like it.
Anyway we have mutually accepted an agreement by which i will design 1 more Template and tweak this template with content so that he can choose the best.
If he Chooses the new template this template would be for sale.
